Office Manager – Drive Operational Excellence for a Premier Glazing and Construction Leader
Job Overview:

- Salary/Pay Rate: $50,000 to $65,000 per year plus Performance Bonuses.
- Location: Clarksville, TN (Onsite).
- Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity: You will serve as the operations backbone of a fast-growing organization, reporting directly to ownership to lead administrative functions and project coordination. This role offers the autonomy to implement new systems and the opportunity to build a high-performing team in a digital-first environment.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Supervise and lead a team of office administrators to execute daily operations, including front desk duties and customer relations.
- Coordinate the distribution of inbound leads to the estimating team while ensuring seamless collaboration between office and field departments.
- Oversee complex schedule management for project timelines, vendor procurement, and contract negotiations to maintain a steady workflow.
- Administer financial operations including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and AR/AP/project billing using QuickBooks and digital tools.
- Execute human resources functions by onboarding new talent and maintaining accurate personnel and project documentation.
- Develop and implement innovative workflows and digital filing systems to improve overall business efficiency and transparency.
- Represent the administrative department in weekly leadership meetings with ownership to align on company growth and goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in office management specifically within a construction, glazing, or remodeling environment.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Demonstrated experience with AR/AP/project billing and financial recordkeeping.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multi-line phone systems and digital process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience managing administrative staff or small teams.
- Advanced knowledge of human resources functions, including employee training and development.
- Experience in a “digital first” office setting with an emphasis on online record keeping.
